According to the filing with the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Galatasaray will pay AC Milan a fixed fee of €38m. Under the agreement, 20 per cent of any future sale proceeds will go to AC Milan.
The filing also set out the contract terms: the Portuguese winger has signed a four-year deal with Galatasaray and will receive a guaranteed net €10m per season.
Rafael Leão spent several years in Serie A and the Coppa Italia with AC Milan and is a regular for the Portugal national team. A left winger known for his pace and one-v-one threat, his arrival adds a player with experience at Europe's highest level to Galatasaray's forward line.
