Beşiktaş's attacking shortlist in the press: Schick back in the frame, Vlahović and Núñez claims continue
Claims about Beşiktaş's forward line are circulating one after another: that Schick is back on the agenda at centre-forward, that an improved offer has gone to Vlahović, and that a loan formula is being discussed for Núñez. There is no official statement from the club.
Beşiktaş's pre-season transfer planning is being discussed in the press across a wide pool of candidates. According to Sporx, Patrik Schick of Bayer Leverkusen is back in the frame at centre-forward: the transfer committee is said to have watched the 30-year-old for around a year and to have asked the German club about the financial terms.
A more ambitious claim is circulating for the same position: Fanatik wrote that Beşiktaş are pushing hard for Dušan Vlahović and have put a new, improved offer to the Serbian striker. In parallel, a report by Sacha Tavolieri suggested that positive ground had been established between the parties over loaning Darwin Núñez from Al Hilal.
On the wing, Mohamed Salah is said to top the list; Thiago Almada of Atlético Madrid and Matías Soulé of Roma are treated as alternative scenarios in the press. Takvim reported that the Argentine Soulé's ability to play in several areas of the forward line, primarily on the right wing, fits the coaching staff's plan.
All of these themes currently come from the press: no name or meeting has been confirmed through Beşiktaş's official channels. The club's verified business in this window is limited to the previously announced transfers of Trossard, Nübel, Salih Özcan and Doğan Alemdar.
FutbolRadar's assessment: the breadth of the list strengthens the reading that Beşiktaş are preparing for more than one scenario in attack; but there is no confirmed agreement for any of the names. Salah appearing on Trabzonspor's agenda at the same time calls for particular caution in that file. As the Europa League qualifiers and the league opener on 16 August approach, the timetable for settling the squad will show which claims turn into reality.
