Trabzonspor played their pre-season friendlies at a camp in Austria; by the reported record they won one of four. They beat Udinese 1-0 on 2 August and lost 2-1 to Göztepe on 8 August.

An attack built around Onuachu
Onuachu is the reference point in Trabzonspor's front line. Crosses from wide, second balls and aerial duels in the box naturally gather around him.
